Akropolis Group’s €130 Million Refinancing Highlights Lithuanian Corporate-Finance Activity

On 6 November, Akropolis Group secured a seven-year €130 million credit facility from Swedbank, mainly to refinance an earlier loan linked to its Vilnius shopping centre. The agreement is a financing and refinancing transaction, not an acquisition. It highlights opportunities in corporate lending, capital restructuring and commercial-property investment.
