The communiqué adopted at the 1–4 November Commonwealth summit in Antigua and Barbuda highlighted digital infrastructure, AI governance, cybersecurity, digital education and technology skills as shared priorities. No dedicated Caribbean technology investment amount was announced. The agenda creates opportunities for digital transformation and technology advisory.
