Home Affairs Advertises a 36-Month ICT Digital Transformation Tender

On 6 November, South Africa’s Department of Home Affairs advertised a tender for a service provider under the SITA RFB1183 framework to establish an ICT Portfolio Management Office supporting its Microsoft-based digital transformation strategy. The initial contract period is 36 months, with a possible 24-month extension subject to performance and available funding. No contract price was disclosed, and bids close on 27 November 2026.
