Uzbekistan Advances $105 Million Tourism Centre in Bukhara

On 3 November, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev reviewed construction of a tourism centre in Bukhara involving a planned investment of $105 million across 50 hectares. The development is expected to include two hotels, 80 family guesthouses, a museum, exhibition facilities, a 2,000-seat amphitheatre and more than 70 commercial and service facilities, with a target of creating 2,000 jobs. This creates opportunities for hotel operators, tourism companies, hospitality suppliers and event-management firms; HPC can support investor introductions, hotel partnerships and tourism-sector sourcing.
